  • Items must be shipped to the address provided within 3 days of receiving the RAN.

c. Inspection

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If the item meets refund criteria, we will process the refund.
  • For items not in original condition or missing components, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

7. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the replacement.
