Return Policy

At PhoneX, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with this Return Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items sold "as-is" or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Devices damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Missing accessories or incomplete items.

3. Return Process

a. Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

b. Approval and Instructions

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship the item back.

c. Shipping the Item

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the RAN in the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.
  • Partial Refunds: For items that show signs of use or missing components, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process to send back the original item, then place a new order.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or arrives damaged:

  • Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
